Custard Filling
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pastry shells.
  2. Make sugar syrup and custard base.
  3. Fill shells and bake until caramelized.
