- Boil water and remove from heat.
- Steep green tea bags for 3–5 minutes, then remove.
- Stir in honey while warm, then add peaches and lemon juice.
- Chill in refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint if desired.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for best flavor and avoid over-steeping the tea to prevent bitterness.
