  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Prepare the peach filling by mixing sliced peaches with sugar, spices, and cornstarch.
  2. Layer the filling onto puff pastry, cover with second sheet, and seal edges.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
