Main Juice
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups water cold
Optional
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Chop pineapple and prepare ginger.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Strain if desired and serve chilled.

Notes

Use ripe pineapple for best flavor. Adjust ginger to taste.
