- Soak dates if needed, then drain well.
- Blend pistachios and set aside half for texture.
- Blend dates with cocoa, coconut, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in reserved pistachios and adjust texture with water if needed.

- Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
