- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
- Combine apricot filling ingredients and transfer to baking dish.
- Mix crumble ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle topping over apricots.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add sliced almonds to the crumble topping.
