Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • 12 oz dark chocolate finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional
Toppings
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon circles of chocolate onto parchment paper.
  5. Top with chopped pistachios and flaky sea salt.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set.
  7. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

For the best texture and appearance, use premium dark chocolate and lightly toast the pistachios before adding them.
