  • 200 g digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g butter melted
Cream Filling
  • 400 g cream cheese softened
  • 200 ml heavy cream cold
  • 100 g powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter, then press into a pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream.
