Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • heavy whipping cream chilled
  • sweetened condensed milk
  • vanilla extract
Strawberry Mix
  • fresh strawberries chopped or mashed
  • granulated sugar optional
  • lemon juice optional splash

Method
 

  1. Prepare strawberries by chopping and mixing with sugar and lemon juice, letting them rest to release juices.
  2. Whip chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in condensed milk and vanilla extract gently into whipped cream.
  4. Add strawberries and fold until swirled evenly.
  5. Transfer to container, freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Let soften slightly before scooping and serving.

Notes

For best texture, ensure cream is well chilled before whipping and avoid overmixing after adding strawberries.
