Ingredients
  

Main Mixture
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Chop strawberries and prepare all ingredients.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet ingredients and combine well.
  3. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
