Ingredients
  

Oatmeal Cookies
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
Strawberry Icing
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp strawberry puree

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients, then fold in oats.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, cool, then drizzle with strawberry icing.

Notes

Chill dough for best texture and use fresh strawberries for vibrant icing.
