  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup fresh strawberry puree
Strawberry Lemonade Glaze
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare two cake pans.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and cream butter with sugar in another.
