Ingredients
  

Fruit Base
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
Flavor Enhancers
  • 6 leaves fresh mint optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Equipment

  • popsicle mold
  • blender
  • fine mesh sieve

Method
 

  1. Prepare and measure all ingredients.
  2. Blend watermelon, strawberries, lime juice, honey, mint, and salt until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Strain mixture if desired for extra smoothness.
  5. Pour into popsicle molds.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  7. Unmold using warm water and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe fruit for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
