Sponge Cake
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Milk Mixture
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.
  2. Mix and bake sponge cake until golden.
  3. Soak cake with milk mixture and chill before serving.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate overnight to allow full absorption of the milk mixture.
