Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh
  • 2 mangoes peeled and diced
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 orange segmented
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves chopped
Citrus Honey Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruit by cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Whisk together honey, lime juice, orange juice, and citrus zest in a small bowl.
  3. Combine fruit in a large bowl and gently toss with chopped mint.
  4. Pour glaze over fruit salad and toss gently until coated.
  5. Chill for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
