Ingredients
  

Banana Cream Layer
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Berry Layer
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 3/4 cup raspberries
Crunch Layer
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 1/4 cup toasted oats
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas and whisk with yogurt, whipped cream, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Mix berries with lemon juice and honey, then let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer granola, banana cream, and berries in serving glasses. Repeat layers and chill before serving.

Notes

Add granola just before serving for the crunchiest texture.
