  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp agar agar powder
Coconut Layer
  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Prepare and cook the coffee jelly mixture.
  2. Chill until set and cut into cubes.
